  • Pages visited, session duration, and click behaviour on spoors.in and the Spoors web application

Location Information (Mobile App)

The Spoors mobile application collects location data to support core platform functions. Specifically:

  • Location is used to assign field tasks and workflows based on geographic proximity
  • Location data is used to validate field agent attendance and conveyance reimbursement claims
  • Location may be captured when the app is running in the background or when the device screen is off, as required for these functions to work accurately in real-time field operations

You will be prompted to grant location permissions when you first use the Spoors mobile app. You may withdraw permission at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain platform features.


How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your Spoors account and provide access to our platform
  • To personalise your experience and tailor the platform to your organisation's needs
  • To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and issue invoices
  • To respond to support requests, queries, and service-related communications
  • To send product updates, feature announcements, and relevant service information by email
  • To improve the performance, reliability, and security of our platform and website

  • With your organisation's administrators, as relevant to managing your team's Spoors account
