Mobile Device Management Service
Mobile Device Management (MDM) enables you to apply and enforce corporate policies and configure the device settings that are crucial for the app to run effectively. In the absence of MDM, the field executive can tweak the parameters which can impact the way the app works. As a Configurator, you can restrict the field executive from modifying such vital settings.
This feature will work only on Samsung KNOX capable Devices

| Activate MDM Services | Allows you to activate KNOX MDM on all KNOX supported Samsung
devices.
Note:
This setting will be applicable for MDM version greater than 5.0 |
| Turn on Wi-Fi | Allows you to turn on Wi-Fi as per the defined conditions
Note:
If checked, this will not allow Employees to disable Wi-Fi |
| Turn on GPS | Allows GPS to be turned ON as per the defined conditions.
Note:
If checked, this will not allow Employees to disable GPS |
| White Listed or Black Listed Apps | Allows you to define or enforce the list of apps that can
be installed or blocked
Note:
Black List: Blocks applications to be installed. b) White List: Allow apps that can be installed. |
| Mpin to Deactivate KNOX | Allows you to define mpin or pass mpin to employee to deactivate the KNOX MDM on Samsung devices. |
