Reset Web Login Password

Follow the below steps to reset the web login password from the Web App.
  1. Go to Web App > Employees..
  2. Search for the required employee.
  3. Click on three dots given under the Actions column.

  4. Click on the Reset Web Login Password option.

  5. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.

Note: For support team only.
Follow the below steps to get password from the backend.
  1. Go to Web Admin Panel > Email.
  2. Select Email Delivery Type as Delivered or failed.
  3. Select the date range.
  4. Enter Email id
  5. Click LOAD.
