Customer Location Mismatch

The customer is in a particular location but showing a different location on the Locate screen. If you have such a case, check the Lat Long values of the customer. If the customer doesn't have Lat-Long values, then it takes 0’00’ values by default and shows the wrong location on the locate screen. Update the Lat Long values to get the exact location of the customer on the Locate screen.
