Create a Folder

  1. Go to Web App > Knowledge Base.
    Click on the web app to view the Knowledge Base module.
  2. Click Create Folder button.

    The Create Folder pop-up window appears.

  3. Enter a title for the folder in the Folder name text box.

  4. Select the employee groups in the Available Groups section and click move or move all icon to move them to the Selected Groups section.
  5. Click Add Folder.
