Delete a Folder

  1. Go to Web App > Knowledge Base
    Click on the web app to view the Knowledge Base module.
  2. Click checkboxes to select the articles.
  3. Click Delete button to delete the selected folders.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.
