Edit An Article

  1. Go to Web App > Knowledge Base.
    Click on the web app to view the Knowledge Base module.
  2. Click pencil icon under the Actions column.

    The Modify pop-up window appears.

  3. Edit the fields as per your requirement.
  4. Click Share This Article.
