Reject a Work in Mobile App

This topic helps you understand how to reject a work entry using the mobile app.

  1. Tap the process on the home screen.
  2. Tap on the specific work you want to reject.
  3. Tap the More option at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap the Reject option from the menu.

  5. In the confirmation pop-up, tap OK to reject the work.
