Generate a Form Report

To generate a form report, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Reports Studio > Form Reports.

    The Manage Form Reports page appears.

  2. Click the icon of a report under the View Report column to view the report landing page.

    The Form Report page appears.

  3. Select employees from the Employees section.

  4. Configure the below options as per your requirement.
    • Filter By <Form Name> Form Submission: Choose either form Created Time or Modified Time as per your requirement.
    • From: Select From date.
    • To: Select To date.
    • Show Deleted Form Submission: Click the checkbox to include the deleted form submissions in the output report.
    • Load report as: Select the output report format.


  5. Click Load to view the report.
    The Work Process Report is displayed based on the report format.
