Generate a Customer Visit Count Report

To generate a customer visit count report, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Customer Reports section.
  3. Click the Customer Visit Count Report link or icon.

    The Customer Visit Count Report page appears.

  4. Select customers from the Customers section.

    • Add Customers: Allows you to select customers from the list.
    • Remove All: Allows you to remove all the customers.
    • Remove Selected: Allows you to manually select the customers and remove only the selected ones.
  5. Optional: Change From and To dates as per your requirement.

    Both From and To default to today.
  6. Optional: In Load report as, select the output report format.

    Load report as defaults to HTML.
  7. Click Load.
    The Customer Visit Count Report is displayed depends on the report format.
