Edit a Customer

You must have the Customer Add Permission to add or edit a customer.

  1. Go to Web App > Navigation Menu > Customers > All Customers.

    The Customers page appears.

  2. Click the Hide Metrics to view all the customers.

  3. Click the Filters button and apply the filter options to find the customer you want to edit.

  4. Under the Actions coulmn, click the edit icon to edit the customer.

    The Modify Customer page appears.

  5. Modify the customer details.

  6. Click Save.
