Edit a Lead Status Configuration

To edit a lead status configuration, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Process page appears.

  2. Click the Lead Status Configuration card given under the Work Process Extensions section.

    The Manage Lead Status page appears.

  3. Click the pencil icon given under the Edit column to modify.

  4. Modify the fields as per your requirement.

  5. Click Save.
