Enable Individual Employee Automatic Block/Disable

To enable individual employee automatic block/disable, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Employees.

    The Employees page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Utilities section.
  3. Click the Automate Block/Disable Employees Based on Groups card.

  4. Enable the Automated Disabling of Employees checkbox.

  5. From the Automated Blocking of Employees dropdown, select the users you want to block/disable.

    • None: When this option is selected, no user will be blocked/disabled.
    • Web Users: When this option is selected, The users who are login through web app will be blocked/disabled.
    • Mobile Users: When this option is selected, The users who are login through mobile app will be blocked/disabled.
    • Both: When this option is selected, The users who are login through both web and mobile apps will be blocked/disabled.
  6. Define Number of days until last sync to block.

  7. Define Number of days until last sync to disable.

  8. Enable Select Individual Employees.

  9. Under the Available Employees section, click the employees you want to block/disable and click the arrows to move them to the Selected Employees section.

  10. Click Save.
